Jumper T12 Pro with internal module and hall gimbals
Jumper has released the T12 Pro radio transmitter. It is upgraded Jumper T12 (read the review of it here). Four main upgrades: Internal multiprotocol module, so instead of the swapping the modules you can now install and leave the TBS Crossfire module in the JR compatible bay. Bigger 2.4 inch LCD screen instead of the former smaller 1.7 inch LCD screen with the same 128* 64 resolution. The case of the Jumper T12 Pro is now in modern carbon fiber style. The last improvement in T12 Pro is that now it has internal charging circuit to charge the batteries via USB (but still the same mini USB cable).

I have a question, I have run mine with 2 x 18650 li ions for a few hours now and tried charging them internally via the supplied usb cable, seems very very slow charge or even maybe not charging at all, no voltage change after being plugged in for an hour (I checked them on my vape charger before and after) is there something in the settings you have to change to be able to internally charge?
I don’t own the T12 Pro with Hall gimbals (I have only T12), so cannot confirm. Some descriptions on the websites state, that USB should charge the Lion batteries. Make an experiment – leave your TX connected to the USB charger for at least 4-5 hours. Then check the battery voltage.
Mine does charge the batteries but only to 7.9 volts when left overnight. I put the battery on one of my big chargers and it charges to 8.2 volts in mere hours!
Yes, the internal battery chargers are usually simple and inaccurate. I’d suggest to watch closely the first charging and check the battery voltage after it is charged. The worst case is the battery overcharged that may lead to battery damage or even worse – fire.
