Racerstar Racer22 and Racer33 – 32bit ESCs
Only a few days passed from the anouncement of newcomming BLHeli_32 firmware and we already have the new Racerstar Racer22 and Racerstar Racer33 ESC’s running BLHeli_32! These ESC’s are based on 32bit MCU, probably ARM® Cortex–M0 STM32 F0 series and they support the newest and the fastest DShot1200 protocol.
Not much information on these ESC’s yet, but we have found an interesting conversation with author of BLHeli_32 about these ESC’s:
“- Are these ESC legit or a scam?”
“- As of now, it is scam. Because there is no BLHeli_32 code released yet. But also they are not yet available.
So maybe it will be legit and available once code is released.”

So lets hope Racerstar will solve the licensing issues and we’ll have an opportunity to have reasonable priced Dshot1200 capable, 32bit ESC’s!
UPDATE (2017-04-13): There was an error in the product description which is corrected now. In fact these Racerstar do have 32bit MCU, but they run other firmware than BLHeli_32:
“-This was a mistake in the description.
It is not BLHeli, and that has now been corrected. ”
Racerstar Racer ESC’s are the same (rebranded?) ESC’s as the VgoodRC Firefly 30A-LITE-O-4S. Look at the manuals for both products it is the same manual, except the name is changed:
