Diatone Mamba F405 and F405 Mini stacks
Diatone has released Mamba stack F405 FC with F40A ESC, and mini stack version with F405 mini and F25A ESC back in the year 2018. The FC was also called Fury F4 and Fury F4M (Betaflight target was called Fury F4 OSD) and the stacks also were called Mamba Power Tower. These are one of the most popular stacks and have been updated several times.
Diatone Mamba stacks don’t not have User Manuals, but instead Diatone provides detailed connection diagrams (see below).

Hey, the “ Mamba F405 Mini MK3 DJI connection diagram” has an error that’s since been corrected (where the GPS serial is connected inline with the CRSF nano) – it might be good to swap that out or pull it? Seems people are finding it, it just showed up in the TBS Lounge again. Thank you so much!
Thanks for the heads up! The diagram was is partially correct, you just can’t use GPS and TBS CRSF Nano simultaneously. Didn’t find the corrected one so made an edit to the diagram.
But, why 405? Just to make something “affordable”/low price for something that doesn’t require high performance? Aka long range quads? I doubt F405 is good for 3” quads as they are very agile and require fast processing time.
F405 are powerful enough for any quad. KISS (V1) runs perfectly on the F3 MCU. But yes, the future is in F7/H7 MCU.
Bought 405 mk 3.5 30 amp stack . XM+ Reciever binds but no response to the controller .
You should connect the XM+ SBUS wire to the pad marked RC. Then it is all the matter of settings in the Betaflight Configurator. Use UART1 as Serial receiver input. Also don’t forget to set receiver to the “Serial based receiver” and “SBUS” in the Configuration tab.
bonjour est ce que les esc de la f405 dji sont compatible avec une fc f405 dji mk2?
Should be compatible. Both boards have socket for DJI AIR connector.
All f***ng garbage. Cant wait to do reviews and tutorials. XXXO
